Order Processing & Shipping Policy

At MOXLA, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible! Please keep the following in mind when placing an order:  

 

 

Processing Time: Orders typically take 2-4 business days to process before they are shipped. This applies to all shipping methods, including expedited options.  

 

Expedited Shipping: If you select Next Day, Second Day, or 3-Day Shipping, please note that the shipping time applies after the 2-4 business day processing period.

 

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is sold out and no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to receive store credit or a full refund for the unavailable item.
